Circuit training is an extremely effective training method that combines various exercises to strengthen the entire body and build endurance. The circuit consists of several stations where different exercises are performed, such as strength training, cardio exercises, and coordination exercises. Participants complete each exercise for a specific time or a set number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. This continuous sequence of exercises efficiently increases both strength and endurance. Circuit training is suitable for all fitness levels, as the intensity and difficulty of the exercises are individually adjusted.
