Our Jumping Fitness is a dynamic and energetic form of training performed on mini trampolines. During the workout, we perform various jumping combinations, techniques, and exercises, which train your body and improve your endurance and coordination. The bouncy trampoline absorbs impact, making the workout particularly gentle on your joints. Jumping Fitness is also one of the few sports that activates the glymphatic system, which improves your sleep. And last but not least, Jumping Fitness is just plain fun! You'll notice how you automatically reduce stress and your mood improves. Let's jump together!
