Hi, I'm Castro

Certified fitness trainer, vital coach and founder of BOUNCE2LIFE

Sport has always been an important part of me. Even as a teenager, I assisted as a coach in a wide variety of disciplines, trained the youth Ghanaian national swimming team and was myself a master swimmer in the Ghanaian national swimming team.

Today, 15 years later, my enthusiasm for sport is undiminished. With BOUNCE2LIFE, I want to inspire people to do sport and help them to enjoy life more and to be more balanced.

In my vitality coaching sessions, I pay particular attention to the balance between body and mind. Through mindful guidance, we raise awareness of your physical and mental needs, which helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I look forward to accompanying you on your path to greater health, satisfaction and harmony.

Hi, I'm Anna

Certified Zumba and fitness trainer

I am passionate about dance and music in all areas: from musicals to jazz, hip hop and ballet to Zumba. I have continued my fitness training through BOUNCE2LIFE.
What I love about BOUNCE2LIFE Jumping Fitness is the disco feeling and how much fun people have doing it. My classes are not about "looking good" while exercising or training certain parts of the body to gain mass. Quite the opposite: in my classes you can just let go and really stomp your feet! Bouncing on the trampolines is totally liberating and also has the benefit of keeping you flexible and supple. Among other things, it lifts your bottom and has a skin-tightening effect. An additional plus: no sore muscles the next day!
